A 60 to 90-minute meeting to assess symptoms and identify goals for treatment. This may include questionnaires and outreach to other providers, such as teachers or your psychiatrist.

Dr. Meade provides 45-minute weekly or biweekly sessions for adolescents. Parent sessions will also be scheduled when appropriate. This process starts with a phone consultation and then diagnostic assessment with the parents. Sessions are available in person or remote.

Once you have reached your treatment goals and, if appropriate, Dr. Meade provides booster sessions as a way to maintain your progress and manage any acute stressors.

Dr. Meade is an out-of-network provider, and will provide you with monthly billing statements to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
